Rebuilding an iconic camp in the Okavango Delta, under a brief that said: "Keep it the same, but change it completely!"

Morukuru Ocean House

The brief for Ocean House was to come up with a design that complements the unique landscape where bush and sea meet and keep the ecological footprint to a minimum.


Inspired by the endangered Pangolin, Sandibe is unique in its approach and response to the site.

Rooted on a cliff at Kilifi, Sirai Beach House is a private residence designed around a series of inter leading courtyards, anchored around ancient baobab trees.

Tengile River Lodge

Tengile quietly inhabits a river bend in on the edge of the Sands River, becoming an extension of the Riparian Forest and the guest experience.

A private residence set on the edge of the Sands River. First built in 2008 and substantially renovated in 2018.

Ubuntu Lodge

Ubuntu Lodge is a play between positive and negative space. Stone spine walls extend like fingers into the landscape, defining interior spaces interspersed with cool courtyards with linear ponds.
